Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout Now" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Shipping And Handling Standard orders are processed the next business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders shipped via standard delivery should arrive in 30 business days. Delivery to any location can be arranged in accordance with customer's needs. We package the products ourselves. Courier to the required destination then ships them. All purchases are shipped insured. All packaging and shipping costs are charged to the customer.

Credit Card Security We accept credit card payment with Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via telephone, fax, postal mail or over the Internet. Guarantee MACCorkScrew warrants to the end-user that MACCorkScrew products will have a lifetime guarantee. Customer is responsible for maintaining proof of date of purchase. This period does not include warranty on the following parts, screw and rubber brakes. These will have to be replaced by the individual. It is important that MACCorkScrew is contacted to arrange replacement of the parts. MACCorkScrews warranty covers those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and do not apply to any: a) Improper or inadequate maintenance or modification b) Supplies not provided or supported by MACCorkScrew Ltd. c) Operation outside the product's specifications. If MACCorkScrew receives, during the applicable warranty period, notice of a defect, MACCorkScrew shall replace the defective product. Arrangements must be made with MACCorkScrew for the return of the goods to the company. If MACCorkScrew receives, during the applicable warranty period, notice of a defect in any part of the product which is covered by MACCorkScrew's warranty, MACCorkScrew shall either repair or replace the defective product, at MACCorkScrew's option.

If MACCorkScrew is unable to repair or replace, as applicable, a defective product which is covered by MACCorkScrew's warranty, MACCorkScrew shall, within a reasonable time after being notified of the defect, refund the purchase price for the product. MACCorkScrew shall have no obligation to repair, replace or refund until the customer returns the defective product to MACCorkScrew. Any replacement product may be either new or like-new, provided that it has functionality at least equal to that of the product being replaced. MACCorkScrew's warranty is valid in any country where the covered MACCorkScrew product is distributed. NO OTHER WARRANTIES. To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law, MACCorkScrew and its suppliers disclaim all other representation, warranties, conditions or other terms, either express or implied, including, but not limited to implied warranties and/ or conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with regard to the MAC-WALL and the accompanying written material. The limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You have others which vary from state/ jurisdiction to state/ jurisdiction.

Liability NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MACCorkScrew Manufacturer or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, direct or indirect damages for personal injury, loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other financial loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if MACCorkScrew Manufacturer has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case, MACCorkScrew Manufacturer's and its suppliers' entire liability under any provision of this agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the MAC-WALL. Because some states/ jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
